I have used gh, insulin, lr3 all in the past.. can't do gh right now so i started using igf des pre-workout at 50mg. After 4 weeks, 50mg is still working like a charm. For the 1st 4 weeks, i've been using lr3 post workout also.
Now i have to come off of igf lr3.. would adding a small dose of des post workout, mainly for nutrient partitioning be wise?
