don't trust my math (reconstitution)

Hey guys, i know about the peptide reconstitution calculator, but to be very honest, i still find it very confusing. can someone help me out?

here is what i'm working with...

10ml bac water
5mg mod grf 1-29
2mg ipam
.5ml 29G syringe

i've never done this before. can someone please explain exactly what i'm supposed to do here? i don't want to guess.

pamorelin-Dose per use: 200mcg use per vial: 10 x 200mcg dosages Amount to research: If you have used 1ml of water for mixing then a 200mcg dosage = 0.10ml (or 10 units on Insulin Syringe). If you have used 2ml of water for mixing then 200mcg = 0.20ml (or 20 units) and if you have used 3ml of water for mixing, then 200mcg = 0.30ml (or 30 units).
This can be used for any 2mg vial at 200mcg dose

Modified grf 1-29-Dose per use: 100mcg use per vial: 50 x 100mcg dosages Amount to research: If you have used 1ml of water for mixing then a 100mcg dosage = 0.02ml (or 2 units on Insulin Syringe). If you have used 2ml of water for mixing then 100mcg = 0.04ml (or 4 units) and if you have used 3ml of water for mixing, then 100mcg = 0.06ml (or 6 units).

so of you 10ml bac water, youre using 3.
