I've been reading in the testing thread and others around here and came up with this:
On three of my four training days per week I do 15iu GH and 15iu(more maybe?) slin PRE WORKOUT. This should give me big IGF spike yes?

Then, every other day I research Ipam/Mod 3-5 times per day. This should give me decent fatloss recomp, and I still have the high IGF level.

Or am I wrong about this? I'm trying to have my cake and eat it too lol.
 
I believe that sounds just about right any GH before bed?

Kinda? I train at night half the time so I'd have GH in my system around bedtime. Or should I do a couple more iu then, or peps?
 
30ius of gh is a lot and unless you're at a very high level and have tons of money to blow, it's a waste IMO. You could get away with 15ius on workout days and peps on non workout days. Gh and slin is a great combo to get maximum igf production.

I think he is taking 15iu GH and 15iu of slin not 30iu GH but maybe I read wrong

I think this sounds awesome! Just make sure with the ipam to dose it at 500mcg as lower doses didn't fare well in the alpha testing.

Man, I would love to run 15ius riptropin. ;)
 
What's up JJ! Question what would you research before bed the GH or the Peps?

It depends what time I train. Lately, I really love hgh and insulin before my workout. If I train in the evening, then I can't do peptides before bed because the hgh will prevent the peptide pulse. If I train early in the afternoon or morning then 7 hours post hgh, I do peptides. I've never tried hgh right before bed. I have run it upon waking, preworkout and pwo. I find that preworkout really makes for a strong workout. PWO seems to put on the most mass. Upon waking is best for fat loss. I really like getting atleast one dose of gh peptides before bed. Tesamorelin is my favorite, but very costly. Lately, I run ghrp2/cjc no dac before bed.
 
why is tesamorelin your favorite?

It keeps you're pituitary spitting out hgh for 8 hours while you sleep. It tested at 6.1 on serum hgh which is like taking a 2iu hgh injection before bed. I like the idea of continuous hgh release while I'm sleeping.

Fwiw, I take 5iu daily of rips. 2iu as soon as I wake up, 3iu pre w/o.

I work out about 7pm and usually in the bed around 10:30pm. I've tried gh pwo and bedtime. Pre wo, does seem to give me more pump. The other methods, I didn't notice a difference. I've been running this for almost one year.

I think you should just pin 5ius all at once to get igf levels as high as possible. I'm not a big proponent of splitting doses when it's so small to begin with. Now if you're high dosing, different story as it would be optimal to get big igf spikes 2x a day where as with multiple low doses you are getting insignificant igf spikes.

i disagree, bro some one on this forum tested his igf level after taking 2iu's riptropin in morning and 2 iu's in evening and the test was done the next day and his igf level was 635 or so,now he went way up with the hgh...20ius,30ius and his igf never went higher than the 4ius !! look it up !

Did he post labs or did he just tell people that? Hard to believe that his igf levels were in the 600's on only 4ius total of rips even though we all know that rips are pretty much pharm grade potency wise. Then again I guess anything is possible with rips, lol. Also, igf release hits a ceiling and there is a point of diminishing returns so running 30ius of gh is counterproductive IMO, unless you space out each 10 iu, 5-6 hours apart.
