Apparently this was first when it had came out but at one point I had my animal on it. He was suppose to do cardio at 25,30,35, 40,45 minutes @130 HR.
Lets say he did all this on his "treadmill"
When he start he was on 12.5 incline at 2.2-2.5 hitting around 130
with in a week he was on 15 incline at 2.5 hitting around 130
the third week on his he was on 15 incline at 3.2 hitting around 130
the forth week he was on 17 incline at 2.8-3.2 hitting around 130
The reason I say around is because he was using the machine HR monitor and it says 130, 130, 130, then it jumped to 135, so I would slow it down and then it would hit 128 so I would turn his speed up.
The note says the second week I got tired of going up and down and stayed at a constant speed and didn't care if I jumped to 135 or 140 because it went back down to 130.
This was all on 5mg/day. Thought you guys might find it some what interesting.
