Do we have a definitive answer on eating yet?

I've heard so many responses to this question it seems no one knows for sure. I've heard no carbs/fats 2 hrs before or 30 mins after to 20 mins either side. I think JJ said recently they don't blunt it at all? Is it all broscience?

The consensus is you'd have to wait about an hour to eat after GH injection because you don't want a spike in insulin after pinning the GH, but doesn't the GH levels stay elevated throughout the day anyways and eventually when you eat there will be a spike in insulin!!

Eat whenever with gh. Slin and gh is highly synagestic any way. Good to watch out for insulin resistance but carb cycling and a little fasting can make you pretty bulletproof to that if your GH dose isn't extreme. Fasting with gh makes fat melt while muscle holds

GH is synthetic so you don't need to be worry about anything.

Peptides release GH but HGH is synthetic GH so it's already there.
