So I'm making this thread to hopefully understand a bit more about how peptides work to achieve everyones goals as they are becoming very popular. So my main goal for them if anyone has seen my log is to increase fat loss. My basic understanding with this is that the mod grf/ghrp2 combo increases your serum gh levels, which then turns into igf which competes with insulin on your cell receptor sites. This causes you to burn fat for energy instead of your glucose if I am correct? Normally your body would burn all of its glucose first before burning fat, right? But with the higher serum gh level, you're preventing the body from storing fat. So after reading much of alphas research he found that food intake does not affect the serum gh level after administering the mod grf/ghrp2 combo, but what I cant find any science behind is what happens to the nutrients you just took in when eating? So you eat, then administer the peps, are you still burning fat as fuel or do you begin to burn the nutrients you just took in? If any one can post some links to any studies that would be great. This part is just a bit confusing to me, because it seems like you could even be in a calorie surplus and still burn fat
