Does freezing damage re-constituted peptides?

I'm not sure if it was just a case of bad luck with the particular MT2 I had at the time, but it seemed like storing the re-constituted peptide in the fridge vs in the freezer yielded better results when running MT2.

I tried both ways. I stored a re-constituted bottle of MT2 in the fridge and just loaded a syringe every night for use, and another time I pre-loaded a bunch of syringes and stored them in the freezer. It seemed like the time I stored it in the fridge I got better results from the MT2.

Does freezing the re-constituted peptide damage it?

I don't refreeze any peptides after recon. Just refrigerate

from what I've read, no.... but it's best to limit the number of freeze thaw cycles as eventually it can cause degradation.

I've always heard that for most peps, but the complete opposite for Melanotan II. I had read numerous times that MT2 should not be put in the freezer before reconstitution, and after reconstitution, whatever will not be used soon should be frozen. I've been away from the Boards for awhile...has that recommendation changed for MT2?

I use MT2 regularly, currently 250mcgs twice per week. So quick maths on that means that a regular 10mg bottle will last 20 weeks. I only refrigerate post reconstituting an I've never had a problem with potency.
Not saying refreezing doesn't work as I've never refreezed though
