Its been awhile since Ive been on professional muscle, but I have been on the lurk as we have a lot of new comers.
Well, Just a month ago I was challenged by a youngster 28 year old that he could out lift me; he is currently the Base champion for power lifting
Squats 450
Bench 450
DLFT 600LB
I needs some pointers on training for strength since I only trained for muscle development.
I am 35 5'10 250lbs Natty at this point
Bench 400
Squat 500
DLFT ? 405
I have till July 15th for the meet.
Any training regimen would be nice.
