tapering off cycle?

Have any of you tried tapering off cycle instead of just stopping or dropping to hrt dose?
Wanted to know if this helps with the acne when off cycle.

Going to give this a go soon.

Old school cycles used to taper up and down.

Don't think it helps with acne. Try it and see how it goes.

Read on a different board that it really helps with post cycle acne.

Lowering the dose slowly over a 6-8 weeks and keeping Estrogen under control.

I only took Adex when needed but should i take it regardless if i think i need it or not. Was reading that the Estrogen levels and build up and you can have no sides and still have high Estrogen. thoughts?

I was thinking it would be less of a shock to taper off vs just drop to hrt from 1g + of test

Is it wise to stay on an AI while on cycle if no signs of estrogen are there? Could you still have high estrogen?
