How to keep water off on test?

On 500mg test I hold almost 10lbs of water weight, wtf can I do about this? Would more aromasin help? I was running it at 12.5mg, bumped it to 25mg but didn't notice any difference. Is it just the nature of the beast? I hate walking around like a balloon

No need to re-invent the wheel or make this anymore complicated then it needs to be..


1mg arimidex ED and cycle your carbs keep them low for as many days as possible and then clean re-feed or cheat meal.....If that doesn't work then get off the juice it isn't for you!

yea but the reality is with that clean diet and AI, you still wouldn't be as shredded as being on lower test. That's just the way it is mate !

LFE is right, find an AI. A rim first 1mg eod. Then try aromas in 12.5 eod. Letro should be last. Its strong. Find what works for you. Give them a fair chance. Try 2 weeks for a protocol b4 you make. Judgement. Also be bloods done. Your numbers are just as important as how feel.

1mg Adex is a lot to start out at most people start low then work up after bloodwork

I'll bet if your diet is tight and you get your bf in the singles, you will hold very little water, even without the ai.

He did say he is using Aromasin but at that dose I would think it's bunk or under dosed. He didn't say is if was pharm grade or not.

Adex is easily available but I think he should start at .5mg/2x wk and work up from there.

I got blood work at week 4, I was taking 10mg aromasin 2/3 days then and estro was fine according to my doc (I'm not sure of the numbers). Doesn't everyone experience this? I presumed this was why people run low test and higher other compounds. So is it definitely indicative of an estrogen issue?

Works for me. Dyazide isn't that strong so a half eod is good. Also helps keep blood pressure down. Id rather do this then be put on Diovan or any other BP medication but I also agree with everyone else by using an AI. I was just giving another option
