Mine would have to be legs, but I'm an old guy :D Seriously, my leg training program is pretty decent, but it can be a challenge to get through it after working all day.

I used to love training legs, but recently I just can't get motivated enough to have a killer leg day. Aside from that I have a love/hate relationship with a got core workout. Love the results, hate the soreness

Quads. Love training hams and calves but I just hate quads. It comes from a true hatred for squatting. That's probably why my quads suck lol.

I hate training arms. Biceps bend arm, triceps straighten arm, boring no matter what you do there is very little real variety.

Shoulders. This is my best body part too...arms are my worst bp but I love train them

I used to love quads, hamms but bad tendon injuries keeps me from squatting over 225, I cant do enough to make them grow anymore, best I can hope to do is maintain. That really sucks when I can still make everything else grow .... At this rate I'll be known as Billy Bench-Press in a few years :banghead:

but I'll be damned if I'm quittin!

Or, Mr. Incredible (cartoon)....he has a huge upper body and really skinny legs.

Calves. Not too keen on chest either

Delts, but only because I have bad shoulders and delt training causes a lot of pain :(

if abs was on the list that would be my choice without hesitation

Legs cause I spend a lot of time walking around during the day

ABS

it wasn't a choice so I haven't voted yet. but I gotta go with Abs.
they suck. ZERO motivating factor to get me excited to train em. they don't get swole, they aren't impressive to train.... just painful and shitty. I rarely ever do more than one set leg raises and 1 set of planks (facing ground, on left side on right side so 3 sets total)

I hate training calves and I hate training forearms as both of them cause quite a bit of pain.

Everything else I love to do

Biceps.....yawn. Well lets see you can curl, curl or curl. Freaking boring and requires zero athleticism.

im in the same boat bro, it gets very frustrating training legs, but I have the same attitude you do, no quit no surrender.
