As some of you may have seen, I started a diet (it was about time ) 1 week ago
I have a crazy schedule lately and it will be hard on me but I managed 8 weeks to diet and train as I want to
This part will be only about supps and diet, chemical side will be left for another thread if I decide to
Supps : I always use Synthetek stuff only and here again, my choice for fat loss weapons are synthetine and syntheselen ...
synthetine makes me sweat like hell when I workout and I can feel the energy from it
syntheselen ... you guys love EQ to get vascular ?? well try synthelesen and you will never use EQ again for the vascular effect !!
The diet : I will be low carbs/ low fats and high proteins
nothing fancy but it always works for me
also once again my friend Alex Azarian is helping me out as well as my old pal the green fjord
I am trying to add some more muscle mass while getting leaner ... well who doesnt want that ?
I will hit 33 pretty soon and have been working out for 17 years now ... I can tell that my body is getting a bit tired and my joints are sore now ... so at this time it will be my last hard push on my body (probably )
from now on Ill keep my bf at a reasonable range (single digit year round) and no more bulk for me
Ill let you guys know how it goes through this thread
