Advice from some of you vets.on trying to get more veiny looking?

Arms are almost there. What advice do u prefer to get this more into the other muscle groups?
 
Yep, lose more BF...but when I'm getting close to the end of a diet, static holds at the end of sets seem to bring the veins out.
 
remember it's genetic too. my biceps don't really get vascular even when sub 10% bf. but like stated. get leaner, eq.
 
Low body fst plus lots of carbs and a decent amount of sodium does it for me. Unfortunate weather is one thing or of our control that affects it. On a bit summers day my arms look like Road maps. When is cold the veins just disappear

Var always brought veins across my shoulders and hip flexors. So I would say pick up some winny.

I don't thing a ton of carbs are needed though... but this also depends on the person and their bodyfat as well as other dietary factors. I am veiny on low carbs just as much as high carbs...

Sodium for sure. That plays a big role. Sodium and good hydration + low bodyfat

EQ also tends to bring out veins in me

It seems to have sum majical property to eliminate water and phat between ones skin and muscle

Only if you hold water sub Q but if you just increase vascular volume then more veins

Carbs make a huge difference for me. If I want them to pop a few donuts or slices of white bread does it for me every time. Or chocolate. Anything high gi. Sennen Brown rice week do it, just takes a lot longer. As you day though it depends on person I guess. My veins go into hiding if the Carbs not there.

Sodium draws water into the muscle...not saying to follow a high sodium diet, but if you have minimal subcutaneous fat and are not holding excessive water weight, having a meal higher in sodium will bring water into the muscles and enhance the pump, thereby providing greater vascularity.

Not going to pretend I know the science just know from experience that Sodium makes a huge difference for me in both vascularity and muscle fullness. I discovered this when I first started eating clean and unintentionally dropped my Sodium to low. Felt like I was going to die and always flat. One day was really craving salt so just mixed some with some water and was surprised to see my self vein up quite quick. It's held true ever since. My favorite pre workout pump/ suppliment. Just put a bit on my tuna and a bit on with my creatine and taurine. No fancy finest organic sea salt bollocks, just good old fashioned cheapest table salt I can find. Costs me about £1 fit 2a years supply. Some things we just find by accident. I discovered cheat meals purely by accident too long before I ever read about them. Caved in big one day after dieting hard for about 6 weeks lol. Best discovery I ever made.

It's strange because I get more bloated and on the same time veins are popping out everywhere.
Can't afford it right now..:(
