Hey guys, I'm 8 weeks out from a National contest, and thought I'd share what I ate today.


8am- 50g whey concentrate shake, 2 scoops of oats, splenda, spoonful of natty peanut butter

10am- 30g whey concentrate shake

11am- 20iu humR slin then workout. During workout, drink 100g simple sugar and drink 50g whey concentrate shake. Workout lasts 90 min.

1230- Drink 30g whey concentrate shake

130- 10iu slin , 5iu gh, 12 oz lean hamburger, 1 cup rice which has about 90 carbs

430- same meal as above

600- workout for 90 min

730- 40g whey protein shake

830- 16oz chicken breast and lots of mixed veggies

1130- 8 oz flank steak and salad

2am- 30g whey shake and 3iu gh

4am- 30g whey shake

25mg tren, 50mg masteron, 200mg deca, 300mg sustenon, 50mg dbol...daily

50mcg T3 and 80mcg clen...daily

I weighed 286 this morning. I like the way Deca keeps me from aching all the time. I plan on dropping it at 3 weeks out.

Hey buddy, long time no see. I'm not doing any cardio yet because I'm coming down pretty fast so far. I think I'll add it in maybe 6 weeks out. I'm not doing a warmup show. Will you be at States this year?

I thought about it, but I'm really going to just concentrate on the one. I will be coaching my buddy Brian in the LH division. I expect him to win the whole show. I'll get up with you there.

I just don't have much of an appetite, that's why I've always been a big fan of shakes.

He looked good last year, just wait til this year. He's got some serious potential to go a long way. I expect him to be first or second at the one I'm doing.

Why so little whole foods? Do you find that the shakes are better for dieting?
 
It's in the mid 500's. Around 600 if you count the "non-protein" sources. It's a freakish amount of protein.

Is your 2nd slin shot Humalog or Humulin? How long will you likely keep that in?
