Haven't really tried this style in all the years I've been benching but after seeing this video I think I'll give it a go. Anything that can fully isolate the pec better is a win win for me because I do shoulders directly after and I hate when they already feel halfway burnt out on the first couple sets of shoulder presses.

Toney works out at the gym I go to. He's a MONSTER. It's interesting to watch him train. hoe really doesn't go heavy, for his size, but he's very strict with great form. It's very humbling when you see someone his size, it really makes me feel tiny.
