RIP Vince Comerford, age 52

Rest in peace, brother. Passed on 4/11. Reported to have heart problems, found in the break room deceased by the gym owner.

Thank you... Its sad to read but shit? These BB cruise on 4 or 5 differnt things yearly... For years. You never here the avg dude dying from cruising on a avg dose of test stacked with tren or something...

Already a thread about this. He admitted in an interview to having a heavy coke habit years ago and almost died a few years ago from heart issues.

Recreational drugs + alcohol + heavy AAS use = very short lifespan for most.

It seems to always be heart issues smh..this sport takes a toll on you the more successful you get many of times. It deserves respect and we need to be taking "healthy" supps and eating some healthy things just as much as those things that help with gains. RIP

I know quite a few, it's seems it's mostly coke and opioids for pain

Sad to hear! I remember Vince...He was very popular at one time. He graced the covers of all the mags several times over. He was thick!

Upon seeing his recent picture, I wondered if drugs and / or alcohol played a role in his life at some point. He still looks huge but his face is haggard for 52. Sad.

Oh come on RonJon, why should we eat healthy, we can just throw more gh and tren in the mix to keep the fat gain to a minimum. I mean that's the mentality nowadays, screw a clean healthy diet right?
