One year comparison

Really noticeable biceps improvement! Delts look thicker. Back looks wider and thicker, mid back (lower traps) is much improved!

I'm about 6 pounds heavier and body fat is pretty close to the same. I don't think that's 6 pounds of muscle though.. maybe a few pounds of muscle.
