synthetine and syntheselen dosing

Many have been talking lately about higher doses, using Insulin, carb loading among other things.

I have gotten up to 6cc of each over the past couple of months. Been taking them in the morning before fasted cardio. Seeing really amazing results!

Just wanted to hear who is taking higher doses of each and adding things like Insulin to the cycle. Is Insulin needed to maximize the effects? I have never taken Insulin before and no little about it?

Interested in hearing others thoughts who are using these two products.

I have used both but don't think exo insulin is required for uptake of synthetine. I take post workout with 50 fast carbs and I think that easily does the trick with spiked natural insulin levels

I agree, I don't use Slin with this combo...Not need to yield great results with Synthetine/Syntheselen!
