I find meadows rows hit the lats really hard. Ive done them banded before and it definitely overloads the contraction. I like to do them nice and slow with a hard squeeze like shelby was doing, then drop the band and pump them out like crazy till failure again
definetly feel in love with those meadows rows, do them every week. just hits the lats in such a different way. its constant tension the whole time, all u feel is thelat working. thanks jm and shelby
