What's on your plate?

I got my dinner here. 10oz cooked chicken breast, 1 cup (~10oz) sweet potato fries, 1/2 tblsp olive oil, 32oz ice water:

48g protein
72g total carbohydrates
22g sugar
40g fat

~800 calories

homemade fries or store bought?

Store bought frozen (note all the damn fat). It's okay though, I need the calories anyway. When I do the homemade homefries, they're much healthier also with more skin (more fiber). But I'm being lazy tonight.

10oz salmon sashimi
1 cup sauteed asparagus
1tbs macadamia nut oil

About 45g fat, 60g protein, 5g carbs. Best meal of my day.

Soy sauce/wasabi with the sashimi? I love sashimi!

ps: I LOVE dinner!

Just about to have Greek yogurt ice cream with made with banana and toffee whey. About 60g protein, 70g carbs and almost 0 fat. Having fun with my new I've creme maker lol.Having a large bowl of plain white rice with it to. About another 200g carbs. Legs tomorrow and I like a real good carb up night before, hence the low fat to keep calories in check.

mmm... damn... I'm already hungry again.

What percentage of your caloric intake would you say is in liquid form?

(and what's for dinner too! LOL)

When I get home from the gym, dinner will be 1/2 a roasted chicken that was marinated in acv with basil and garlic. Steamed kale and 1/2 sweet potatoe.

I do love the bags of chicken breasts... you can do anything with those.

My icebox is stuffed with them until 2020 or some shit.

Since I now eat by hunger I take no liquid calories ( except almond milk ) it's too hard to gauge satiety for me w/ liquid meals.

Right now doing 1/3 of protein intake roughly from shakes, Iso-Pure to be exact. So 100 grams.

I had 200g chicken breast
100g boiled rice
Broccoli

I hate to even count liquid calories towards my dailys. It's funny how I have my book laid out. I plan my meals (actual physical food meals) around my workouts and just kind of forget everything I do PreWO and PWO because I assume that's "used up" because of various factors. But I've been trying this new thing now where my first sit-down and chewing meal is my next meal in that w/o day. I guess I'm trying to eat at more specific times per day. Not so loose as the whole "eat when you're hungry" philosophy (which may work for some) but more along the lines that I control my calories enough so that when it's time for my next meal, I know. You're body can lie to you. You can need calories when you're not hungry and NOT need calories when you are.

I prefer to keep it within my control. That I have the amount of daily food portioned to my needs.
