Now this is a cool way to do cardio. None of this 3.0mph treadmill business (yes, guys still look shredded doing it, but it's not "cool"). This is badass. Anyone think they can do this?

I saw this yesterday, Ill I can say is DAMN dood is a machine.

That's awesome, nice change of pace forsure

imagine that guy lookin at you from across the octagon

good luck that first 3 mins xD

I think someone said before he is a member here on proM. he has some impressive lifts.

Talked to him a few weeks ago. I'll keep my thoughts to myself on this one.

This form of cardio is not for everybody, but it's obviously working for him. Dude looks really good!

Never heard of the guy but one thing I will say is I really like his physique, pretty much my idea of ideal. Can't pinpoint exactly why, I just do. And ya I wouldn't wanna get into a brawl with him either

I agree, great physique. He said he was 236lbs at 5'8 two weeks out if I'm not mistaken. I wonder at what point does he become too big for that.

Badass.....but I think the risk of injury outweighs the benefits of a more traditional HIIT approach.

Since when the hell did you start doing that?

Now we're all curious...

A very confident young man, a little too confident me thinks. As opposed to someone like our very own Flex, who was extremely humble and polite.

If you search into his background you'll see he has come a seriously long way from being someone who looked like that "average six pack dude on a youtube ad", to what he looks like today. He used to be a lightweight boxing champion...

So... I think he has a little bit of a right to be confident.

This is bodybuilding. Even some of the very best in the business are very humble. Evan, cedric, etc. Just because you see success doesn't mean you need to lose sight of that.

I think what Ashop meant is that he is not humble

Look at Arnold, HE CAMEEEEEEEEE A LONGGGGGGGGGG fucking way and yet he is humble as fuck

I don't think Arnie was humble, he play mind games with Lou Ferrigno and few others, so being humble would you attach other people emotions that's not being humble.
