He sure is a big dude!!! His legs are improving. Serous genetics considering only out of the penitentiary since 2010.
We'll see how he fares at the USA.

he's a personal friend of mine. He's about my height 5'9" extremely vascular! Awsome guy. He will do well at the USA's I hope they give him his Pro Card. I will be competing with him (in another class)

To me his legs look about the same as they did 2 years ago, maybe slightly better. It looks like he tightened up his waist a bit. He's planning to drop down to the HW class for the USA, so who know? Maybe he'll do okay there. There have been other competitors with very strong upper bodies and not as great legs who have done well in that class.

His legs are complete garbage .. like that's just sad his tear drop is the same size as his knee caps I'd be embarrassed and would immediately run to the squat rack

I just googled the girl that he's standing beside (Shirley Moran) and it says she is 5'3. So yeah, I'm willing to bet he's 5'6-5'7 unless she's wearing 5 inch heels which obviously isn't the case.
