Training for my wife and myself?

Hello everyone,

I am looking for some information that you all might be able to help us out with some diet specific training. Or mainly diet.

We are looking to take our training to the next level. Or our physical appearance to the next level. We both are in pretty good shape but can use some help with the last little amount of BF.

Do any of you know someone who would be willing to help us with our needs and goals. I wouldn't quite say we are looking for contest prep but close. My wife may be interested in doing that but myself I would be more interested in being in top shape for the competitive volleyball that I play all year long.

If you have some direction for us or someone I could talk to I would greatly appreciate it.

There are vets on this board that make or subsidies there income with that kind of info so not many bros gonna step on there toes spend a few bucks and contact the dudes mentioned in the above post the knowledge u gain will benifit you for a lifetime . No trail and error they will get it right
