He stayed lean in the off season this time to bring in a very tight package. He only bulked up to 307Lbs, whereas last year he went up to 330Lbs.

Jon busts his butt in the gym! He's a great guy and I'm happy for him to do so well!

A few local guys are coming up quick. It's pretty cool to watch their progress. Ward has the greatest genetic potential of the local guys. He was a running back in college and now he's a monster. He looks like "The Rock". Hahaha
