Larry is one strong dude; I like how Stan had to pull it 4 x after Larry did it 3. Last time I checked in with Efferding he was planning a hip operation......he doesn't look like anything has slowed him down.

I like the first guys sumo stance. It looks pretty narrow. Stan seems to be have brought his feet closer together, wonder if this is because of the hip thing someone mentioned

The first guy is me, I'm actually a conventional puller but in the off season I train sumo to strengthen my hips as much as I can. I pulled 752 conventional a couple of weeks ago.

Kevin dont take this the wrong way Im only trying to help but you must stop yanking the bar on your deads your gonna rupture your left bicep tendon. I have seen it happen watch Stan its a steady pull no yanking!

I just saw the same thing on some stupid cross fit girl doing a dead lift. Totally fucked her arm

Is this because hips are usually lower and back more vertical.

I realized you were on my face book after watching this a few more times.
