Has anyone ever used this thing? It's hardly used at my gym and I normally roll my eyes when I see people use it. I had no choice but to use it when all the squat racks were being used (yes I curl in the squat racks..I know how taboo that is).
Anyway it was one of the best exercises I have done in ages for my biceps. Ever since my shoulder surgeries and injuries it's nearly impossible for me to feel my biceps as well as eliminate my shoulders from the movement my well this machine sure did it for me.
Additional I hate the Smith machines for chest because you are pushing against an unnatural plane especially of you have injuries you are forced to go with the machines movement. Well not on this sucker. I did chest and it felt great and I even used those side locks as supports because it's nearly impossible to position the bench right to lift the bar off the rack without hurting your shoulders.
Just curious of anyone else have everything used this rack and liked it
