Comming off a long heafty blast almost 8 months..... Forst real cruise... Its going to be 200mgs test. I want to lean up as much as possible while preserving as much muscle as possible ..

How do you guys usually achieve this personally

Continue training hard and figure out how to eat in a way you'll lose fat but preserve muscle. Maintaining muscle while cruising is extremely easy as long as you continue what you were doing. Trying to cut fat while maintaining is a little trickier and will take a very intelligent dietary strategy.
 
Let your body get used to maintaining as much size as 200mg will allow before you go changing anything, especially into a deficit.

Get into a homeostasis state on 200mg, maintain that body composition for a couple months...Then make some SMALL tweaks to your Fat/carb and slowly see what happens.

Always let your body acclimate to a new level of hormones/muscle mass..

I only plan on cruising 2-4 months. We will see what happens. I will keep the diet pretty much the same

i dropped test to 250mg/w dropped junk food added 3x1h cardio/w ...added 20ui insu before workout.


You won't beleive me but i actualy burn fat along with gaining a bit of muscles.
 
IMO 200mg is a bit high for a cruise.....
 
why not maintain and then cut on your next blast?

This is what I would do. Just worry about holding muscle for now. You could throw a little clen and do some fasted cardio with gh or peptides an hour before. You could tighten up a little while holding muscle of diet is tight. I wouldn't be try to cut any major amounts of fat though.

If you do this you can be a little braver with your calorie restriction but even with the tren at a cruise dose I wouldn't go mad. Just tighten up a bit for now.

I've been crusing on 150mg test e for months now, and just recently started carb cycling. I'm 33 days in now, and dropped from 215 to 205. Very noticeable waist reduction. Had to get a new belt for work.

I'm basically going 4-5 days low carb, then 1 day high (300+grams) then repeat. Im very happy with the results so far.

Cutting fat is all about diet and cardio for the most part, so you can do it even on no test at all, just 1-you will just end up small 2- it will take longer compared to full blast aas,hgh cycle

Cruise on 100test 100tren. Don't go into a big cal deficit. Cut some carbs or fats and add a little protein.
