There are plenty out there...

Personally I love citrulline malate but when concentrating on the more specialized formulas out there, EVP is absolutely fantastic(but overpriced)...and Nitrolyze is OK.

X-gel by SNS. It's ARA and it will give you a sick ass workout for a non-stim product.

Stack it with 500mg-1g of amagtine and oooooh boy you got yourself a very good non-stim pre-workout stack.

I take 15g of bcaa during workout and it helps me a lot with recovery between sets and for the past 4 weeks I've been adding a scoop of hemavol to it and it has even made it better. Looks disgusting, but tastes amazing.

i usually get to the gym around 330-400 and walk out about an hour to an hour and a half after i get there. I try and get to sleep around 8-830

Try to take 1 tbs coconut sugar 1/2 hour before going to sleep.
