Whenever I am on cycle, my blood pressure goes up. I usually can control it with cardio and a restricted sodium diet.
But, I haven't been able to do cardio for the past two weeks due to a torn hamstring, and now my blood pressure is back up. I am getting nosebleeds and ringing in my ears.
I take a multi-vitamin and eat a banana every day, so I think my potassium levels are sufficient. Is there anything else I can do to lower my bp without resorting to prescription medication?
