Snuka in the early 80's was jacked .Seen him about 10 years ago and he couldn't even take a bump.But remember he is up there by then!

He is around 70+ now but in the early 80's 83-85 he was jacked but no he looked very bad around 2004 .

The music reminds me of the old vintage porn xxx movies ...the pasty white skin too.

Snuka was always my favorite...what a monster in the ring. Guys back then for the most part wrestled for peanuts compared to today.

Not only did they wrestle for peanuts - they literally DESTROYED their bodies living that lifestyle..
I can totally understand why he would look weak and worn out... I imagine the pain those old wrestlers from the 70's and 80's feel just trying to get out of bed each morning must be unbearable.

Tony Atlas was a former Mr. USA. He and Rocky Johnson (The Rocks' father) beat the Islanders to become champions in the WWF. First Black Americans to hold that title. Here is something that I find funny. I was a big fan of this tag team. I met them in the late 70's. Later in the early 90's. I worked with one of The Islanders bouncing at a club called the Jungle. I hire him because, well, I was a big fan.

Nice guy, he was 6' 5" and about 300+ pounds and could squat 500 pounds like he was warming up. One night when I wasn't working with him, he got mad at some jerk in the club and body slammed him and choked him.

I loved the guy, but my boss made me fire him. I was heart broken to see him go. My other firend who was a regular there, was the lead drummer for Three dog night. He pleaded for him with the boss, but she made up her mind. Frankly, she told me he scared the crap out of her. Good thing he liked me a lot.

In North Carolina i met him for the first time in 1995 he competed in the master division 275 class in the bench press.He knew nothing of the bench as power lifters are taught but yet benched 575 lbs ,elbows out ,bar high on the chest(lol)
Met him at a independent wrestling show in KY where i actually tagged with him.
He told me how much he had screwed up his life before becoming a christian.He went from being WWF champion's with Rocky Johnson(Rock's dad) making $250,000 a yr to being the ICW champ and sleeping on park benches,trust me the ICW Angelo Poffo's paid shit except to his star his son,Randy Macho Man Savage(lol) .He got to the point he wore a leather duster because of being ashamed of his body.He almost died from a overdose and it took that to get away from it.
Last i heard he was personal training and still doing legend signings which makes me happy!

We all say drugs runs bodybuilding and they are dying early,but the truth i can say more drugs of everything are in pro-wrestling.
