Heavy Duty Bands

My lil GF just had some herniated disk replacement surgery last week..... she'll be able to start training pretty soon but bands is what she'll be starting out with... I see there are a shitload of different ones.... looking for some heavy duty ones that I can actually use as well backstage when "pumping up"...... suggestions?

The mountaindog training band pack. They still have lots of other single bands in stock though. Plus their bands are 40 percent off right now

Iron Woody has bands as well. A former training partner of mine had them and really liked them.

Elite fts fpr sure i have all of there pro bands short and long and there worth every penny.

Rogue carries bands but only tried the elite Fts

I back the Elite FTS bands. Use them myself and referred others to it, everyone is very satisfied with them.
