Testosterone: Terrible throbbing headaches,and other sides

I really hope somebody can figure out what the heck is going on with my friend. He competes in IFBB Physique, and I wrote out his stack for his next competition. He told me that he never uses testosterone over 200/week because when he does, he gets the following side effects:

-Horrible migraines in the middle of the day, about 6-10 hours after injection
(regardless of what the ester is-prop,enanthate,sustanon,doesn't matter). These headaches can come *WITH* or *WITHOUT* an increase in BP.
-Random blood pressure spikes that are unique ONLY to testosterone. He is normally at 115/70 and one shot on 250testosterone will make him 140-160/80+ later in that day(SOMETIMES). It doesn't always happen, but it happens sometimes. He can run 900 EQ+50 anadrol/ED and get no blood pressure issues, but testosterone will make it happen the day of the shot...and ONLY the day of the shot.
-A general feeling of "malaise". It's not the same as the test flu that some people experience. He has had test flu in the past, so he knows exactly what it is, and it lasted for 1-2 weeks. This is not test flu whatsoever, it's a completely different feeling.
-Just feeling like complete garbage and like everything is heavy


He has tried several different sources. It doesn't matter what the source is, nor what the ester is. If he goes above TRT level(200/week), it WILL hit him. The strange thing, is that he reports he used up to 600-750 testosterone in the past with no problems. He doesn't know what's going on....he just doesn't understand.


If anybody could figure out what's going on, or share similar experiences with these side effects, let me know. It can't be hematocrit increase because like I said, he's currently on 900EQ/week with no sides,and has run anadrol in the past with no sides....the whole thing just makes no sense to me.

Migraines

I am also one of those people that get's migraines with SARM's and Prohormones and other stuff. I don't know why we get them. I just know that i can't use any stuff that triggers the migraines. It really hard to cycle for me right now. It sucks.

SARM's give you headaches? That's weird....

Yeah he just gets it from testosterone, but then again he hasn't tried anything except test/anadrol/anavar/eq in his career; maybe other compounds would give him it too and he just doesn't know. Still strange that eq/anadrol wouldn't cause it, but low test does.

Some people just don't handle test well. I've run (nearly) entire cycles without it. Nearly because after several weeks, you look and feel burnt out, so the need is there to feel healthy. So TRT levels it is for me.

Possible answer? I'd guess a shift of some kind in Nitric Oxide production or pathway? I know EVERY time I pin Test, about 200 or more, I get a red face later that day, headache, BP spike etc. I thought it was crit, but it's not. After a while, I noticed it had the same sides as a viagra or cialis, but less so. And you can easily find articles all over the web about Test having a positive effect on the nitric oxide pathway.

Some days that he gets the horrible headache, there is NO increase in BP when he checks it.

Also, even if that was the case - why would 250test cause BP issues, but 900EQ and 50 anadrol a day doesn't?

I have no clue man, increased BP was something I thought of. I have no clue how he reacts to anything.

What's up guys. I have a little experience with this. Would wake up with headaches or get them midday. Back of my head. Horrible headaches. Was realizing that I was developing sleep apnea. As my muscles grew along with my neck my breathing got worse. Snoring. Waking up gasping for breath. I did a few things and it helped. Made sure I slept with my head completely flat and Breath Rights- The nasel strips. It allowed more oxygen and better breathing and headaches slowly faded. Might try that. Not saying it will work but it worked for me.

That's REALLY weird. I can't see what T would do that other AAS wouldn't do to some extent. It's not like other AAS have completely different effects. Just greater or lesser off a continuum. Are you sure he's tried various sources? Could he be lying to you about that? Really sounds like he just got a batch of dirty crap.

I get so many sides with any Test once I go above my trt dose of 100mgs a week. Bad headaches , High blood pressure, Rbc through the roof. So I no longer go above that test dose I just blast everything else with lil or no issues. I just finished blasting Test trt dose with Tren 525mgs and Mast 450mgs No headaches Bp issues and blood work was pretty damn good for 47 yr old.

Since there is no rhyme or reason with the blood pressure issues you mentioned only thing that comes to mid would be a reaction to the carrier like (EO) ethyl oleate or some other carrier perhaps? If that's not the reason then gonna have to say either avoid test all together other than trt dose. Does this also happen on test from actual pharmacy or is it always UGL stuff?

only thing I ever used that gave me killer headaches was turinabol from gauls back in the day. I mean the kind that lays u out in the middle of the day.

Yep, happens on Pharm grade too. It doesn't matter what kind of test it is, or if it's pharm grade or not. It's pretty ridiculous. Yeah, he's being honest, trust me; it's definetly happening and I can see it.

I know it makes no sense... I mean look at the guy in the thread that's on 1gram of test/mast and can't run 300test lol. It seems to be pretty common.

Are his estrogens namely E2 in check,does he have real arimidex in hand to combat estrogen levels.
