It was me who mentioned Vitamin C, but that was hear say. I've never had experience with GH so I don't know first hand. I have seen many guys talk about huperzine-a and green tea extract while running mk-677 due to its water retention, maybe that'll work for gh too?

JJ uses clen at 40mcg i think for water.

Hup A and Green tea wont have any effect or very little at least on H20.
They are for blocking the somatostatin (sp) and freeing up a little more GH.

are all herbal diutetics..
You say you cant take them because you are diabetic? Im no Dr but thats a first to hear that.

I cant see why? maybe because a diuretic increases hematocrit and slin can increase BP and the two together could be hard on cardio vascular and kidneys?
