Well, kind of.

He died from complications associated with his organ transplant.

Whether he needed a kidney transplant from steroid use/abuse, wont ever be known.

These doctors have their scapegoat...he was an abuser of AAS. A court will probably never rule in favor or Luke's family for any kind of malpractice. Stigma, demonized...whatever you want to call it. Steroid abusers will be looked upon like a heroin addict that gets a heart infection from IV drug use. "Oh, he was doing steroids. Then he probably did this to himself". Right or wrong, that's the impression by the general public. And based on many threads on this site, this is becoming a belief amongst us as well.

Well there is no doubt the combination of steroids and whatever else he might have been doing caused the transplant. That being said, who cares what the coroner says?

He abused steroids but he also ate around 400 to 500 grams of protein and was alwasy in shape with some dehydration and high blood pressure.

Diuretics... Many of milos guys have had kidney problems, like mustafa Mohammad anyone remember him? The guy was a beast. Silvio Samuel...remember him? It's the slin and diuretic protocol which plays a big part. Then add pain killers...and there you go. It's not alwas AAS...

Prevention is the best medicine. That's why I love PM so many guys here are so knowledgeable and are here to help us young guys out before we make stupid mistakes. Poor guy was just doing what I'm sure he thought was ok, unfortunately there was nobody to tell him otherwise. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.
