- Arms and shoulders twice a week
- Chest and abs once a week
- back every 2-3 weeks
- legs every 3-4 weeks

My french ass would look like I am wearing a sweater and the hair is course and gross. My beard would go straight into my chest hair and I would just be a giant rub...and it's thick and pube like.
