End of february i will end my current blast and enter on cruise mode.

I feel my body doens't respond anymore. It's strange, i always eat super clean, train hard and do my cardio but nowadays i just get more sides than results. i always eat super clean even if i am bulking or cutting, just change the volume of food.

I am a little disapointed so i made a decision i will do a long break with trt and GH.

What can i expect from running 200mg test and 4ui gh daily?

I am always super strict so i think i will get even leanier and a better appealing physique.

Any experiences?

A break sounds good I had great experience with low doses, and its always good to reset...of course quality products are key..and it sounds like your diet is spot on.
 
It depends on how big you are currently. If your a monster, you will probably lose some. If your a solid 200ish, then even that TRT dose should work for you combined with the GH.

My goal after this photoshoot is, like you guys said, give a break to my body and on the other side of the coin being able to work on other directions (like body composition, get my body healthier and work on weak areas).

I come off AAS completely every year so 200 mg test and 4iu GH would give me some little gains. A cycle for me is like 400mg test and 500mg primo, or maybe 50 mg Var instead of primo.

I would say its pretty much good advice that everyone gave. Especially faded muscle, if you are a monster it will be hard to keep everything on that dose, but you will maintain a decent amount.

I had vets telling me that you can maintain everything when you come off, and the gains just come slower. I agree if you are taking a decent TRT dose, which I'm sure most of them do, as they probably blast/cruise. Im sorry i come completely off every year and you are not as pumped/ripped when on absolutely nothing. And its not my training or my diet, your body can only support so much muscle mass when it does not have enough hormones. I run a little GH or peps in the off season and my weight holds but i just don't look as big.
