Whats the deal with Evan and Prime?

They gave him 6 figure severance pay and he is no longer with them.

They had differing views and interpretations of the way they'd like things to be. He was also not providing as much content as they may have liked...though he did fulfill(and not go against) what was in his contract. He also didn't agree or want to be associated with certain things...such as Prime hiring a porn star to market product. According to them, PJ and Aaron still think very highly of him and wish the best for him and voluntarily gave him the severance pay. I'm not speaking for Evan - just repeating what has been put out there.
