Thermogenic gels

I just purchased the product "vasoburn"
Which is very similar to sweet sweat and other thermogenic gels.

I have a layer of fat on my lower abdomen that is very frustrating. Even in contest prep it remained. I never really believed in spot loss but wanted to know if anyone here has had success with such products or similar problems like my lower layer of fat and how they handled this problem.

The only spot loss I believe in, is Lipo, either by laser or surgery.

Never heard of it but I'm leary of items like this,,,especially topicals and spot reduction. Let us know how it works.

I've been using Amilean for my first time ever for an a month now. I must say my lower belly is much more "squishy" now sooner than it would have been without it. It's definitely breaking down the fat cells faster which is fine by me.

Tipocals do work but must use them before cardiovascular ideally pre fasted AM cardiovascular. Imho that's the best time to use it and get the true benefits.

It must contain yohimbine hcl.

Eviscerate is good. Yohimburn from back in the day works. I like Amilean a lot and also LipoDerm Ultra. I combine the last 2 and apply together.

True. There is a whole massive thread on the net about Clenviscerate which is liquid clen added to Eviscerate. People love it... I may try it at some point.

Yep, Back in the day we used to add clen to Napalm and Eviscerate making Clenplalm and Clenviscerate. I remember those days of wrapping cling wrap around my love handles and abs!

Do you feel it really makes a considerable difference?

Topical yohimbine hcl+clen+ capsaicin cream (arthritic cream) is extremely effective but by no means comfortable. Eviscerate+clen is also effective and less painful, the feel of the capsaicin is like someone threw gas on you and lit a match lol You can tell you are getting increased blood flow when the area turns solid red and the area is sweating like crazy.

This is something you mean even want to apply with gloves or just scrub your hands extensively, also careful where you put it, you do not want to sweat and have it run from your torso anywhere near your groin
