Hi,

What do You think can cause red spots on arms, shoulders, chest, back? I think it's not acne. Spots become more visible and more red after workout for example ( when i sweat a lot ). I attach photos.

After a hot shower does your skin get really red? Or when you scratch yourself does it get red? I have no experience in the medical field but during my research before my first cycle I read about high blood cell count and these were just a few of the symptoms. Might be worth looking in to. You on anything?

It could be fungus.

Use Nizoral shampoo for a week or so, it it's gone, it's fungus. If not, not sure what it is.

Second this.. Had blotches on my chest and back and applied Nizoral let sit for 5-10 mins and wash off. reapeat every time you shower. Mine was gone in 3-4 days.

Damm that's no joke. Maybe hives? Or could be hot water from shower.

All are great Dx's here. Tinea corporis is likely, hence the shampoo above mentioned,or tea tree soap, but can be a histamine reaction to fungals on veggies that your gut finally cant deal with. Try an internal detox, as the skin on the outside dictates how it looks on the inside (intestines).

Hives! Allergic to something!

Do you wear any specific or special type of fabric when you work out? Perhaps something you don't wear regularly outside of the gym.

it's a fungus - my work out partner used to get it all the time.
He went to the dermatologist and got a cream and it took care of it.

Def fungus. See a dr for script.

tinnea versicolor. or however u spell it. fungus. i had that a few years ago mostly on my back and arms.
ketoconazole knocks that out in a few days.
i see peeps say nizorol shampoo, would that work with the otc or do u need the stronger version i wonder.
u can go get tabs from the doc, thats what worked for me.

there is your answer bro.i got that many many years ago when i was in my teens.DR. said it was from the sun(sun spot)fungus.he gave me a script for ketoconazole and all went away.they are most of the time invisible but sweating from gym or cleaning the car whatever activity that makes you sweat seems to make them get red like that.atleast to me.i still get it once in a blue moon i put the ketoconazol for like 3 days and it goes away

I randomly developed chronic hives two years ago. My general physician and two allergist were unable to decipher the exact cause of the reaction. I would have swollen lips, large hives, and very itchy hands. Only 4-6 25mg pills of Benadryl would make them elude but thy would accumulate the following afternoon. I detoxified for two weeks through diet only eating only vegetables. The severity was reduced by 80% and at that point, I used zyrtec for over a year daily. I've finally leaned off the allergy medication and now occasionally have a small amount appear occasionally. Hopefully in your case, its something simple that you are supplementing with that your body is reacting to at the moment...

Do you use the sauna at the gym or a steam room when I first started going to the gym I had the same thing pip up it was from the dirty ass steam room and sauna nastiest places on the planet just a breeding ground for shit like this
