food wise I would have to say asspargus.

Cant comment on over the counter stuff, however, dandelion root I beleieve has been mentioned numerous times.

I used to use the old Taraxatone and it flat out worked! I believe they reformulated it because I remember it disappearing for awhile, so don't know if the new version is as good. I don't compete anymore so haven't had a need for one, but when I sued to stay closer to show weight, that was one of the few supplements I can think of that worked as advertised...NOTICEABLE difference in dryness!

To keep the bloat down during GH or test use, I take 550mg of dandelion root per day. If it's peak week, well that's a whole different story.

I think it was Levrone... maybe it was both. It definitely works in moderation. Too much alcohol and the opposite will happen. It was more a joke but vodka could be useful on show day.

The list BBoy posted pretty much sums up what he should use though.

This stuff worked really well, just like all things that work really well they took it away !!!

This worked. Took it to dry out and I cramped at the gym the next day, and I drink a good amount of water.

This can be a pretty effective recipe,,,especially with keeping

Acutally no joke on the Levrone drinking thing.

I beleieve he drank whiskey.

Alcohol is a diuretic, but I'm sure there is a fine line before it works the wrong way.

I tried it before he night show last year I hate a red robin cheeseburger and a shot of whiskey took a nap and I woke up dry and vainy it was tight haha
