here is latest, cholesterol numbers have got me concerned . Not sure if i can stay on a few more months then come completely off for about 4 months and clean out or if i should be freaked out enuff to stop NOW.

That with ur low white blood cells could b sign of infection. Probably nothing as some ppl have lower levels that return to normal on their own. But it coukd also b early sign of something serious. Just keep an eye on it each time u get bloods drwan.

citrus bergamot for low HDL niacin will help a little but impacts liver function and other things. hit that cardio for overall cholesterol level and fish oil for triglycerides. Eating grass feed helps with hdl but is just expense and hard to always get and do.

I always use a statin for the first 4 weeks of pct, then natural cholesterol supplements for 4 weeks then get blood work.
