A lot of guys are unaware that an umbilical hernia that large is extremely dangerous!!! His intestines could completely pass through the muscle lining and strangulate cutting off blood supply to his intestines. This will kill you! My friend had this happen and he was rushed into emergency surgery. He lost several feet of intestines.

I initially came into the thread expecting something about you (what the EF is this? What the Euro Freak is this?). Mildly disappointed.

But yea, dude should get that fixed. Had a buddy who's dad had one like that...he had complications from it and they couldn't save him in time.

I had an inguinal hernia and mine was tiny.. I had to wait 4 weeks to get it fixed. One day, I strapped on my belt, went to deadlift.. and the damn thing like exploded.. went form the size of a big marble to a tennis ball. Went back to the doc the next day.. i didnt tell him what i did though.. had surgery in 2 days.

I was also 17 and stupid
