Battling libido

Been battling this for years, 45 now . What's the magic to getting libido back? I do think a lot of mine is stress but there has to be something to help over ride that

All blood work is good. Free test is about 800. Estrogen is good to go now. Prolactin , etc all good

Normal hrt is test 150 every 5 days , arimidex 1 mg 2 times a week and 500 mcg of hcg twice a week.

Right now running for the last three weeks is same test dose , 1 amp of primo a day , 40-60 mg var Ed, 50 mg of proviron Ed, masteron 500 mg a week. And 3-4 iu gh a day .

Plus Still arimidex and hcg schedule . Gonna do blood work next week to see where levels are at with the primo, var , proviron and masteron

I have heard anavar kills the sex drive.
I'm like a high school kid with a perpetual boner when I stack Melanotan II and tadalafil.

Low SHBG (you're taking a good bit of masteron and proviron) can also mess with sex drive quite a bit. I get an initial surge with masteron, even at a low dose, and then it fades away and ruins my sex drive.

Also, are you taking any serotonergics (SSRI, St. John's Wart, etc)? When dopamine signalling is compromised or blunted by higher serotonin levels, or in general, it can very negatively effect libido.

It's been going on way before the var, actually haven't done orals in a while . I just blood work for free test, shgb, and estrogen to see with the masteron and proviron but it's been going on a while .

One friend mentioned

Of course with high bp for years from family genetics on my dad side it would be no yohimbe. I've been on cardizem for about 20 yrs now. So wonder if that plays a role too
I'd give anything to get back to normal and things work right all the time

My doctor has me trying 5 htp to lower serotonin levels just to see

A true fact those some don't wont to hear is AGE. Like it or not it does have an effect on libido. I'm not saying that the sole problem because there can be so many factors (over worked, depression,,stress etc..) Some guys will swear by CABASER taken 2 x per week.

Curious...many of the comments are assuming it's a chemical problem. I'm wondering if something is up mentally.

I had a girlfriend for 7 years, was my bf. Loved her but not "in love" with her. We were having sex maybe once a month. I really had no desire nor did she. She was very attractive but just no fizz anymore. We decided to see other people for a while. I soon found out that I still enjoyed sex..a lot, just not so much with her. Kind of went off the deep end.

Anyway...just my 2 cents.

For me at least it doesn't get any better then caber. Honestly it's unreal what it can do for a persons sex drive.

That doesn't make sense. Wouldn't 5-htp increase serotonin and if anything decrease dopamine?

It could be one of many reasons why he is having a problem. It's likely a psychological reason looking at the opening post. But I have to agree about the mt2 and tadalafil. Tadalafil shouldn't have a direct effect on sex drive but when you get random boners all day long it increases my sex drive loads.

Asked my doctor this recently as I have similar stats as you he suggested taking 4000mg l arginine before sex. Hoping to give it a try tonight.

libido

I stayed on a cycle for over a year (stupid I know):banghead:. I was using just about everything. But the after affects were horrific, I had to go to a urologist and get some advice, as my wife and I are trying for baby. He told me to stop AAS which I had just done except I still took 200 mg of cyp per week without his approval:naughty:. Long story short he put me on 1500 mg hcg 3 x per week. Libido is finally back and my sperm count is up to over 22 million. Now we find out my wife's estrogen is too low; unbelievable. Now we have to contend with her, but at least I got straightened out.

I've never tried arginine but a lot of old school guys swear by it for sex drive.

im guessing your estrogen levels might be pretty low, thought the hcg might help a little...

I really don't like 5htp.

I do generally stay on lots of things that effect neurotransmitters and have written a lot on that..

as suggested caber is great and it is a dopamine agonist, which is why it is great, lol.

prami and bromo are also option sbut caber is much easier to use.

tadalafil can help there as will many natty products.
even a baby asprin...

A lot of antidepressants kill it for me. So did low test and low hgh. Small dose of peptide tadalafil and 150mg test a week brought it back big time.

Arginine is good. It should increase sex drive in higher doses (4g sounds about right) as it will increase progesterone. But it's also good for sexual performance and increasing blood flow to the penis. I would add pycnogenol to the arginine for greater effect. There should be a few suppléments containing both but it's best getting them seperately so you can use optimal doses of each. Pycnogenol is an amazing supplement so guys should look into it.

I think arginine, pycnogenol, cabergoline and tadalafil would be an amazing stack for guys who suffer bad with libido and performance issues.
