Vitamin K2 Life Extension: Suggested Use
Curcumin Life Extension: Sugested Use
Citrus Bergamot Jarrow: 500mg 2x per day
Vitamin D3: 5,000-10,000 ius
Omega-3: 3-4g per day

also, CB is a cholesterol supplement, not a heart supp. However, you can correlate cholesterol with heart health if you look at it that way.

With omega 3, the important thing is to consume 2400mg per day of EPA/DHA. I use Carlson's fish oil liquid and take 2 tablespoons daily, which actually goes above that number.

Arjuna is good for ejection fraction.

Pycnogenol seems like the new wonder supplement judging by the two articles in Life Extension that were posted in the other thread going on

Magnesium is needed too. 400-600mg per day.

I guess I've never broken it down but I figure if I can afford the gear/gh I can afford the supports supps and bloodwork. A few things could be "eliminated for those on a budget but I think K2, Ubiquinol, Citrus Bergmont, Nattokinase, and IP-6 are all keepers. Baby aspirin and Vitamin D are super cheap so they can stay in for those on a budget.
 
RENO great info.

After reading alot about Body Buidling deaths and how un healthy this sport has become. I have realized (IMO) we need to trace backwarkds to a healthier sport where body building started. This list of suppliments by RENO is a great Idea for all of us. I have read many articles about suppliments for heart health and most of if not all of these suppliments are on the list. If we are spending money on gear and bloods why not add this to the regime? Stay healthy my friends.

I actually just dropped IP6. Taking too much shit and this one is expensive so I had to make sacrifices. Never taken nattokinase either. Not sure it's more important than some other things but who really knows.

Been using the Healthy Origins brand, which is the same brand I use for ubiquinol. Source Naturals seems to have the same ingredient too
 
Natto and rutin together! Now thats a great combo to add! Research rutin, its in apples and supposed to help with clots and stuff
