Some bad news today

Dr told me I have the first stages of Parkinson's disease. I noticed when I go deep with leg exercises my knees shake. I even shake at times so bad my food falls from the fork. But then there are times I don't shake at all. She said there is no way to know how fast this will move or if I will need meds or not. What does concern me is how it effects my central nervous system and how it effects my recovery from training. I would really like to get a few more shows in.
I guess I will forever be at battle one way or another? I don't get it?
WTF in life did I do to deserve all this shit?

Praying for you Brother. Hang in there, Michael Fox the actor has that and he is doing fine in life. His career is also doing fine. You might have to change some things, but you can still be productive in life. Listen to your doctors and get an expert in that field to assist you.

Lk3 I'm sure can whip up a special protocol for you. Lots of injectable stuff.

Any otc pill that's good for PD I recommend try to find it as injectable.

I'm injecting 40iu of L- carnitine before doing cardio three times a week now.

MY wife is more upset than I am. She is the center of my universe. She always has been.....I told her if this gets bad I'll put myself down and end it. But the Dr said it could be like this for years before ever getting worse.

May be changing my moniker to "Shaky ConcreteGuy"

Relax. Before you jump to any conclusions get an MRI and maybe a SPECT. The SPECT will likely be out of pocket though but its worth it. Once you get those results we can talk more about it. No reason for your doctor to make assumptions just yet. You might have PD but lets be certain first.
