Hello guys.
By now is often that during the night i start to have some cold sweat and some palpitation...
I am on a low carb diet with IF 16/8 meal pattern.
Sometime that hypoglicemia disturb my dreams and i started some days ago to take some phospatidilserine and vitc pre bed that help me a bit.
Actually i am on trt 80mg every 4 days.
Someone is suffering for a similar side effect?
Does night hypoglicemia be armfull in long term?
Curiosly my wife is suffering for a similar condition but she has cold around 3-4 am....
Of course she is following same diet.

Yep I have the same problem ever since I can remember.
The thing that has helped me the most is GH and I'm guessing because it raises your glucose levels?
You might look into this.

It raises glucose because it desensitizes your insulin receptors. I go hypo all the time, best thing I do is drink a high carb shake prior to bed or a regular shake with a cup or two of oats added to the shake.. This should help

Ok gh could be a good solution.
Carbs pre bed is not wise, i am in a low carb and and if i eat carbs prior to sleep everything will be blunt..
I would add some ipamorellin dose before sleep and see..

2 cups low fat cottage cheese with flax oil. Help me

110% or expect to regret it!

probably wouldnt make that big a difference in terms of your results.

Do not need a huge carb meal. Carbs, with protein, healthy fats and fiber will help to extend the release of glucose into your blood stream while you sleep

looking to drugs isnt the answer IMO

useless

The goal isn't to just prevent going hypo.. If your going hypo and you consume carbs all that means is the carbs will be utilized better! So don't be scared to use the carbs, it's a win win situation.. Gh is just going to desensitize your receptors and now although you may not be going hypo your body will not be responding as well to carbs as previously.. Your not going about this the right way, trust me,

Are you checking your sugar to confirm levels?

I will sweat at night if I cheat too late right before bed, but it's not being hypo, its just a bad sugar rush.

I'm diabetic. You do not want to continue going hypo long term. You "can" develope a tolerance to the "feelings" when you are. At that point if this were to happen, you could drop to a dangerous level and not really know it until you wake up in the hospital or worse.

Be very carefull with your sugars at those levels

Definitely. It's worth the $ to have a glucose monitoring and check it in the middle of the night to see
