I am not talking about being flat, that is obviously going to happen but did you feel as if you actually lost muscle with your previous dnp cycles?

If your answer is yes or no, what do you feel contributed to that?

No muscle loss at all. I am on low dose trt 200 mg week test. I kept up with heavy deadlifts and training as usual.

what dnp dosage was that?
400 mg per day short run as it's my first go with the DNP
Started 200 day 1 200 day 2 200 am 200 pm day 3 200 day 4 to test if I was ok then 400 day to day 10. Lost 2 kg in 10 days of fat no muscle loss. The gym has a bodytrax scanner so it's quite accurate.
Next run will be 400 from go.

I feel like if you lost muscle on DNP it's because you probably didn't have as much muscle as you thought you did in the first place..

I've never heard of anyone reporting muscle loss on DNP, myself included. It is an amazing fat burner, and I've put it in the category as almost like cheating several times.
 
I did a nice chest n delt workout yesterday after DNP and actually felt very energized and good. Didnt lose any noticeable muscle at all.
 
Never lost muscle while on dnp. Ive gone as high as 750mg for 14 days.
 
It was tested till a dose which caused a 40% increase in BMR(around 360mg for avg people):

It may be concluded from the results of experiments on two normal subjects on a normal balanced diet that a 40 per cent increase in metabolism caused by dini¬ trophenol did not significantly modify the nitrogen or acid-base balance or cause unpleasant symptoms.

Dinitrophernol exerted no significant influence on the
excretion of urinary nitrogen. This contrasts with the
very considerable increase in nitrogen excretion observed in patients undergoing treatment with thyroid, in which
respect the cases under consideration were no exception.
It is apparent, therefore, that the excess metabolism due
to dinitrophenol is not conducted at the expense of exogenous or endogenous protein to any appreciable extent, whereas a small but significant part of the excess
metabolism produced by thyroid is due to protein.
Reference to Chart II shows that a considerable fall in
the respiratory quotielt occurred during the period of
dinitrophenol administration to Case 3, the average basal
respiratory quotient for the control period being 0.84,
while on dinitrophenol the average was 0.74. Again, in
Case 1, where frequent determinations were made during
the two hours following the administration of single doses
of dinitrophenol, a tendency for the respiratory quotient
to fall was usually noted, and there Was never a significant
rise. In Case 2 the respirator! quotient remained remarkably -low throughout the control period; and remained
low during the whole period of dinitrophenol- administration' (see Chart I).
In the present series of experiments
the exhibition of thyroid caused no very significant variation in the respiratory quotient, though our previous
experience suggests that on the average the effect of
thyroid is to raise the respiratory quotient slightly.10
These results would seem to indicate that the excess
metabolism produced by dinitrophenol is conducted at
the expense of fat rather than at the expense of carbohydrate or protein, though this interpretation is subject
to the criticism that the method of approach is an indirect
one. From the fact that no ketone bodies were ever
discovered in the urine, it would seem that any fat used
was completely and satisfactorily broken down.

Same here. diet is nice and short on dnp drop fat like crazy! Help reset insulin resistance. Back to a bulk in under 3 weeks

Yes. I have done it with higher carbs but I feel it just makes it harder. The carbs never feel like they even make it into the muscle. I'm 230 so I do go low on calories. I stay around 2300-2500. Fats very low protein high and carbs 75-125ish mostly from vegetables. I have tried to run dnp with high aas and also feel it harder on me as well. I run just test around 350. Clen and some eca stack to keep me going

I totally agree. Carbs will only make you sweat and they will not make it into the muscle. I also keep carbs around 75ish , fats very low and protein stays high. ECA 2x daily for some energy.
Cardio every day @30 min.
Ridiculous fat loss.

I start out with 30 minutes am fasted, but by the end I can only pull myself together to hit a hard workout. I do run on the heavy side.I'll push the upper limit of just plain feeling like it's as much as I can take. Soaked bed in the mornings and nasty sweating threw the day. I have had a handful of people that I have helped now with 21 day runs in starting out in the 250 range and working up to 400 of the run that all have lost right at 20 in 21 day.

Did it one time on a heavy cycle along with 25mg mk. Bp got out of control. I prefer low test 350 and low tren 200. But I don't think it makes much difference, other than tren gave a small amount of drive in the gym

How do you guys measure how much muscle you have/lost/gained.

Strength loss


I record all my workouts obvi, so I just do whatever I can to keep up those lifts week after week with the dnp.

With enough caffeine, it's possible. I've actually hit PR's while on dnp believe it or not.

May have been because I wasn't using insulin so I was less sluggish and more able to have high intensity

Quite a few times. First time I ever used it was Alin's stuff - lost 14lbs in 10 days. It was powder, not crystal; went to 800mg and thought I was going to die.
I've never experienced any muscle loss to my knowledge, just my reps go way down but as soon as I'm off, I'm back to normal.
