Multivitamins, whole foods, synthetics

I´m trying to cut back on some of my supplements, travel a lot and it´s a big hazzle to bring all those pill glasses with me.

I´m using Natures Way Alive no iron at the moment, seems pretty good, but I have seen some test that claims it dozen´t meet label claim.

So I want a good multivitamin to replace some of it. I have been reading a lot and a ton of reviews and it´s a jungle, not always easy to spot fake accounts and paid reviewers.

So what are you guys using? Can a multi really contain all these good things?

I say forget the multivitamin. If I only had 3 supplements to bring with me for a month overseas, I'd probably choose a good omega 3 fish oil, Ubiquinol, and Curcumin.

Thanks guys. I continued with the Natures Way Alive and just stocked up on curcumin and vitamin k and decided to use more superfood powder as a replacement.
