Hey guys,

Been a while since I've been on here, but i see its just as great as always!

I recently moved to London, UK, and was hoping to chat a chat to some locals in regards to their experience with sponsors etc... Feel free to PM me if you keep to help a bro out, otherwise happy to continue my chat here...

BTW... I joined pure gym, its crap, any suggestions? :banghead:

hey mate,
Muscleworks in Bethnal Green if you're in East, some of the great UK bodybuilders trained there. Brilliant gym and owner Sav is a top guy.
Genesis gym near Wembley if you're by North. Owned by Dave the bulldog Beattie.
Shaun Tavarnier ifbb 212 pro trains there, quality gym. strongman gym as well - Laurence Shalelei top UK and worlds strongman trains there, Terry Hollands used to, not sure if he still does. lots of strongman equipment atlas stones, farmers walk, tyre flip etc

there's a couple in West too. but the two above IMO are the best around.

I lived in London for a bit a few years back and trained at genesis gym, it was an awesome place. Dave is an awesome guy and he's got a nice array of equipment. If you're willing to take the trek to get out to Hollands Strength and Conditioning - Terry Hollands gym I would say that'd be another awesome spot. It wasn't around when I lived there but I've seen some videos of the place and he's got some great equipment, not to mention that Terry is one hell of a guy. He's very friendly, experienced, and knowledgable, been in the game for a long time.
