Been at this almost 20yrs and like alot of us on here Ive seen/heard a million different ways to run a million different compounds.
Whats everyones preferred method of running Clen & Ketotifen?? If you have a specific reason to back it, lets hear it?
 
I just do one week on one week off,,, never needed keto.

I found it better than 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
 
i never really bought into the whole ketotifin thing..untill i tried REAL pharma grade from turkey called zaditen.. all those research chem versions are not the real deal unfortunately... once I took 4mg of the pharma grafe version, it was like I had never used clen before and i have used it pretty heavily... I do 2 days on one day off and once per week i take 4mg ketotifen

What dose do you run it during those 2 days on?
 
I've ran 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off with no Keto.
I've ran 4 weeks straight with weeks 3-4 on Keto, then 2 weeks off.

Really couldn't tell a huge difference between the two.
 
What is your preferred dose?

I start with 40 mcgs and max out at 120 mcgs ( went to 140 for a couple of weeks on a previous cycle).

I only use pre contest but my sweet spot is 80mcgs. Comfortable and don't feel like crap being on 120)
 
Honestly, my preferred way is to try and stay lean enough to not use it anymore. IS it effective? Absolutely. But at 47 now I have to be much more careful running stuff like clen that is hard on the heart. If I do run it, I run it low dose continuously (20-40mcg). Pretty sure the whole keto thing was debunked some time ago.

When you say continuously, do mean with out any time off? How long do you run it? Peace.

60mcg wk1
100mcg wk2
80mcg + 2mg keto wk3
100mcg wk4
120mcg wk5
80mcg + keto wk6
100mcg wk7
120mcg wk8
